My story:
Outback Aromas was born.
I started out as party plan then later on moved to soy candles & soap creations with workshops. I would pack up my wares & my daughters and off I would go to anywhere a party had been booked. Its been a wonderful journey with many twists & turns which have brought about Outback Aromas today.
I believe, because we live in the Wheatbelt we could have the same pampering products as did the city people. Especially using organic and natural resources.
Going to the Organic Trade fair a few years ago inspired me to start creating my own range of products. Also the vital use of recycling to help our environment.
I also saw the need for Angel Kisses range of candles & nurturing products for the grieving and people around them.
As for the soap workshops many of my daughters friends from school love the gifts they receive from my girls that they have created. So the workshops came alive.
Because soy candles & soap run on similar types of methods to create, it was easy to combine the 2.
I love having a workshop, as not one creation is the same colour, scent or style. I take something away from everything class.
Building more awareness and fun is what we are all about. Being thankful for all that we have.
Also the Outback Aromas are very much involved in the community, especially the volunteer fire & rescue. As members of the brigade, running teams and sponsor we are very proud to assist the community in keeping them safe, running training exercises, sponsoring and fundraising functions.
